Thank you for signing up as an exhibitor at the Northeast Hardscape Expo
taking place March 18-19, 2026, at Mohegan Sun in Connecticut.

The following is some important information regarding the event.

ROOM BLOCK

NECMA Room block is sold out.

You can still book at the current, regular rate (if available) or at one of the nearby hotels.

The three closest hotels are:

Exhibitor Mandatory Move-In Schedule

Exhibitor List: A detailed list with assigned move-in times.

Please take a moment to review the move-in schedule carefully and plan your arrival accordingly.

LOADING DOCK USAGE

To alleviate congestion at the loading dock, every vehicle coming to the expo, whether for drop off or pick up,
MUST CHECK-IN at the Bear Lot marshaling yard first.

All vehicles are staged here until given permission to proceed to the loading dock.

Exhibitor Guidelines / Code of Conduct

Essential exhibitor guidelines to ensure a successful Expo for all involved. These are areas where we have faced challenges in the past and will be strictly enforced across all Expo areas (Expo Floor, Ballroom, and Outside Exhibit Space) to prevent property damage and ensure a positive experience for everyone.

Please share these guidelines with all your staff involved in planning, staffing, and setting up your exhibit.

BOOTH STAFF BADGE REGISTRATION

Avoid waiting in line at the Show; register for your exhibitor staff badges online.
Once registered, badges will be available for pickup onsite.
Each exhibiting company is entitled to 5 staff badges per 100 sq ft of exhibitor space.

Use access code MSUN.
You will also need your booth number and billing zip code.

Certificate of Insurance (Required)

Following is what is required.

“Exhibitor shall obtain and maintain during the period of the Show, one million dollars ($1,000,000.00) per occurrence and two million dollars ($2,000,000) aggregate general liability insurance. Show Management requires proof of insurance.”
